Overview

All of our products are custom-made to order. Because each item is uniquely created for you, all sales are final. Please read this policy carefully before placing your order.

Non-Returnable Items

  • We do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations.

  • Refunds are not offered under any circumstances.

  • Once your order is placed, it immediately enters production and cannot be modified.

Damaged or Defective Items

We take pride in the quality of our work. If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 3 days of delivery at hello@genealogysocialclub.com. Please include your order number and clear photos of the issue.

  • If the damage/defect is verified, we will send a replacement of the same item.

  • We do not issue refunds for damaged items, but we will ensure you receive the product you ordered in good condition.

Shipping Policy

  • We currently only ship orders within the United States.

  • Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout. We cannot be held liable for delays or losses caused by incorrect addresses.

Customer Responsibility

  • Size, color, design, and personalization (if applicable)

  • Shipping address and contact information

Once submitted, your order cannot be changed or canceled.
