All of our products are custom-made to order. Please allow 2-4 business daysย for production before your order ships. Processing times may vary depending on the complexity of the order, especially during peak seasons or holidays.

Shipping Within the U.S.

We currently ship orders only within the United States. We do not ship internationally at this time.

Shipping Methods & Delivery Times

We use trusted carriers such as USPS, UPS, or FedEx for delivery. Standard shipping times typically range from 3โ€“9 business days after production is complete, depending on your location.

Please note: delivery times are estimates and cannot be guaranteed. Once an order leaves our facility, delivery is the responsibility of the carrier.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your order total, weight, and destination. From time to time, we may offer promotions such as free shipping, which will be clearly noted on our website.

Incorrect or Incomplete Addresses

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout. We are not liable for delays, lost shipments, or additional costs resulting from incorrect or incomplete addresses.

Lost or Delayed Packages

Damaged Items

If your order arrives damaged, please notify us within 2ย days of delivery at hello@genealogysocialclub.com. Include your order number and photos of the damage. We will provide a replacement of the same item if verified.
